Investigators have questioned O.J. Simpson and named him a suspect in a break-in at a casino hotel room involving sports memorabilia. The break-in was reported at the Palace Station casino late last night. But when police talked to him, Simpson made the comment that he believed the memorabilia was his.
O.J. Simpson told the Associated Press that he did take his shit back, but he denied breaking into someone's hotel room to get it. He said several weeks ago an auction house owner contacted him about some people that had a bunch of his stuff and were trying to sell it off.
Alfred Beardsley, a sports memorabilia collector, spoke to TMZ and said Simpson and his posse pretended to be customers who wanted to buy the suit Simpson wore when he was acquitted. Beardsley says they entered the room and two men drew guns. He said Simpson was calling the shots during the alleged robbery.
