The term 420 was coined from a group of teenagers at San Rafael High School in San Rafael, California, United States in 1971. The teens would meet after school at 4:20 p.m. to smoke marijuana outside the school. April 20 ("4/20" in U.S. date notation) has evolved into a counterculture holiday, where people gather to celebrate and consume cannabis.
So in honour of 420 Day here is a pretty entertaining drug bust.

probably "good judgment" would be NOT to give permission to searches without being shown a warrant, eh?
I guess pot can impair your judgment. Wonder if he can use that as a defense in a trial?
Another person to be made a criminal thanks to bible-thumping right wing politics.
If only Harper had not been elected (he stopped the decriminalization bill the Liberals had drafted in 2005). Maybe then, these people would face a misdemeanour charge at worst.
